TRUNKED RADIO NETWORK SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT

Erie County is seeking a vendor to design, build, implement, test, and commission a county‑wide Project 25 Phase 2 UHF trunked radio system and to supply, program, install, and support a full suite of subscriber radios (high‑, mid‑, low‑tier) and pagers, along with accessories, training, documentation, and long‑term maintenance. The contract runs for three years with possible one‑year extensions, and includes a mandatory 10‑year post‑warranty support commitment. • Design and delivery of a UHF 420‑470 MHz P25 Phase 2 trunked network covering Erie County and Buffalo. • Supply of thousands of radios (high‑, mid‑, low‑tier portable and mobile) and 200 pagers, plus encryption modules, key‑fill devices, chargers, and accessories. • Full lifecycle services: programming templates, OTA re‑keying, installation on vehicles and control stations, training‑the‑trainer, 24 × 7 on‑call support, and 10‑year maintenance/firmware updates.
