Description
Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking qualified contractors to create a vendor pool for the design, supply, installation, and related site work of playground equipment across the district. The contract will be a negotiated “goods and services” agreement that will award at least three contractors, each of whom will be called upon for individual school‑site projects on an as‑needed basis. Vendors must provide catalog‑based pricing, accept direct‑burial installation methods, and ensure ADA‑compliant pathways and equipment. Freight is billed separately and MNPS will reimburse when included in the quote. No minimum purchase volume is guaranteed; the contract term may extend up to 60 months.
