Rocky Fork State Park East End Overlook, Men’s and Women’s ADA Accessible Restroom Renovation.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for the renovation of the men's and women's restrooms at the Rocky Fork State Park East End Overlook. The project includes removing cast iron drain lines and replacing them with schedule 40 PVC lines, installing quartz countertops and ADA-compliant fixtures, and providing licensed architect-designed plans for the renovation. The contractor will be responsible for removal and cleanup, and all materials and installations must meet local, state, and federal compliance standards. • The project requires the installation of metal partitions, 36" solid wood entrance doors, and VCT flooring. • The contractor must provide a final as-built copy of the plans upon completion of the project. • The project must be completed by an experienced licensed plumber to ensure passing of all required building inspections and permitting. • The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all materials and installations meet American Disabilities Act metrics. • The project completion date is 3/31/2025.
