Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is seeking a contractor to provide a HOBART CONVEYOR DISHWASHER, which is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand name requirement. The dishwasher will be used on a Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessel. The contractor must provide a quote that includes an authorized distributor letter and documentation from the OEM establishing that the parts are genuine, including traceability to the manufacturer and manufacturer warranties. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price supply-type purchase order.
• The contractor must deliver the dishwasher to the specified location in San Diego, CA.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the dishwasher.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping.
• The contractor must submit invoices via the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
