Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide and install kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, and bathroom vanities for 6 housing units at Base Borinquen in Puerto Rico. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The scope of work includes fabrication, delivery, and installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as removal and disposal of existing cabinetry and debris. The contractor must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
• The project includes 2 Unit Type B and 4 Unit Type D housing units.
• The contractor must provide commercial-grade construction, resistant to moisture and cleaning.
• The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for all work and materials.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is performed by personnel experienced in casework, countertops, and plumbing fixture installation.
• The contractor must provide a complete, functional installation, including all required submittals, fabrication, delivery, installation, adjustments, final cleaning, and a complete, functional installation.
