POLY DENSIFIED CORE

The Maryland Correctional Enterprises is soliciting bids to procure Poly Densified Core to be delivered to the Maryland Correctional Enterprises, Textile Plant, Eastern Correctional Institution. The contract will be for a two-year base period with three single-year renewal options. The bidder must provide a completed Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Price Form, and other required documents. The bid will be evaluated based on the Total Bid Price, delivery time, and conformance with specifications. • The Poly Densified Core must meet specific specifications, including a 15 Den & 4 Den polyester blend, 10.0oz per square foot, +/- 5%. • The bidder must provide a MSDS sheet with the bid. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable bid price. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract.
