116th Street and Hoover Road Roundabout Construction

The City of Carmel is seeking bids for the construction of a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of 116th Street and Hoover Road. The project includes HMA pavement, curb and gutter, a shared-use path, an enclosed storm sewer system, lighting, landscaping, water main relocation, and raised crosswalks. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. • The project is expected to start on August 31, 2026, and be substantially complete by November 16, 2026, with final completion by May 1, 2027. • The project includes various components such as excavation, paving, storm sewer installation, and landscaping. • The bidder must provide a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
