The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking companies to participate in a construction site visit for the Touchdown 08 Replacement (TD-08) Project. To participate, companies must submit an application package, which includes a color copy of the National ID or passport for the personnel, as well as relevant business registration. The application package must be submitted via email to the specified points of contact by 10:00AM EST, 09 February 2026. • The construction site visit is anticipated to be conducted on or about 09 April 2026. • No more than two personnel from each company are allowed to participate in the site visit. • Companies that successfully prequalify for base access will be provided with additional information regarding the date, time, and arrival location. • A Sources Sought was posted on 23 January 2026 requesting information from interested companies, which can be found at SAM.gov.
