Description
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking a contractor to replace outboard motors. The contractor will be required to provide a firm, fixed price quote and technical submission, including information regarding technical qualifications and experience. The contractor must also provide listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project descriptions and professional references. The USGS will evaluate the offers based on a tradeoff method, considering factors such as price, technical qualifications, and experience.
Key requirements include:
• Providing a signed SF 18 form with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices
• Submitting technical qualifications and experience sufficient for the USGS to evaluate
• Providing listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project descriptions and professional references
• Providing a firm, fixed price quote
• Providing lead time and place of manufacture information
• Registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a Unique Entity ID (UEI)
