Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. A typical municipal traffic signal upgrade program of this scope (city‑wide equipment installation and timing) often ranges from several hundred thousand to a few million dollars, depending on the number of intersections, equipment specs, and labor rates. Assuming 30–50 signal locations at an average cost of $30,000–$40,000 each, the total contract value would likely fall between $500,000 and $2,000,000.
