Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for Armada Connect software and Starlink services. The contract is for a one-year term, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The bidder must provide Armada Commander OS platform annual subscription for 7 devices in tiers of 25 (175 devices total) and Armada pooled data access annual subscription for 2,100 each (12 months for 175 units per month). The bidder must also provide all necessary documentation, including a completed Request for Bid document, specifications sheet, and Appendix A purchasing required forms package.
