Description
The Saint Louis County Government is soliciting bids for on-call graffiti removal and/or graffiti cover-up services. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform emergency graffiti removal and/or graffiti cover-up services at various locations within roadway rights-of-way, easements, culverts, and bridges along the County’s 3,200-lane-mile roadway system. The services requested by this IFB will be exclusively used for maintenance work, as defined by 290.210 RSMo. The contractor must have three years’ experience performing graffiti removal, surface restoration, painting, or related roadway/bridge maintenance services for public agencies, utilities, or commercial clients.
* The contractor must have immediate access to equipment required to perform the scope of this IFB.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
* The contractor must remove and properly dispose of all debris and materials daily.
* The contractor must perform all work in compliance with accepted safety standards and must maintain safe conditions for all premises, work areas, equipment, machines, and stored materials at all times.
