Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a minimum of 2,788 to a maximum of 3,075 square feet of office space in Utica, NY. The lease term will be 15 years, with a 10-year firm term and a 5-year renewal option. The space must be located in a modern, quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition. The building must also meet certain security requirements, including the installation of security countermeasures. The successful offeror will be required to design and build the security improvements and will be compensated for the costs. The GSA is also seeking a fully serviced lease, which includes all operating costs, utilities, and janitorial services.
