The 501st Regional Contracting Office is seeking potential sources to supply and install a recycling baler to the specifications listed in the attached Salient Characteristics document. The current baler is a Waste Handling Solutions 600HD, and the new baler will be installed at the recycling facility, which has two large up and over shutter doors for easy access.
