Description
The City of Havelock is seeking bids for the installation and improvement of a parking lot at the Parks and Recreation Center. The project involves the construction of a new parking lot north and east of the existing lot, as well as the resurfacing of the existing parking lot. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed.
• The new parking lot will be approximately 3,754 square yards and will include striping for parking spots.
• The existing parking lot will be resurfaced with new asphalt and will include the restriping of parking spots.
• The contractor will be responsible for all erosion and sediment control measures.
• The contractor will be responsible for all damage to existing roads, driveways, drainage, or utilities that occur as a result of the construction project.
