Description
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) seeks a commercially‑available, online global patent database subscription to support its Security Features Division’s research on U.S. and international patents. The contract will be a Firm‑Fixed‑Price, 12‑month base period with four optional 12‑month extensions, totaling up to five years of service. The subscription must support at least one concurrent user, provide unlimited searching, full‑text access, analytics, visualization, translation, and training resources. Pricing must be submitted as a single annual fixed price for the base year and each option year.
