Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide various food items, including kosher and halal meals, for the USP Atwater facility. The contractor must be able to deliver the items by June 30, 2026. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses, and the contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Some key items to be provided include:
• Kosher coffee, instant, individual packet
• Halal beans and franks meal
• Beef patty, 5 oz, by the pound
• Chicken leg quarters, by the pound
• Fish fillet, raw, 4-7 oz, pounds
• Italian sausage, pork, by the pound
The contractor must also provide a completed copy of the attached provision at 52.212-3 with their offer, and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
