Pre-notice of forth coming solicitation

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is anticipating a solicitation for the construction of a non-standard, mission-specific Guided Missile Radar Antenna Maintenance Facility at Letterkenny Army Depot in Pennsylvania. The facility will be approximately 4,928 square feet and will include an anechoic chamber, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, and intrusion detection system connections. The project will also involve site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm water retention, information systems, landscaping, and signage. • The facility will accommodate an anechoic chamber, ingress/egress, administrative and support spaces • Sustainable Design and Development (SDD) and Energy Policy Act 2005 (EPA 2005) features will be provided • Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards will be provided • Comprehensive building and furnishings related to interior design services are required • Demolition of 1 building at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA (101 Total SF) is also included in the project
