Disposal of Surplus Vehicles

The Needham Public Schools is inviting bids for the disposal of surplus vehicles. The vehicles include a 2013 Toyota Sienna Passenger Van, a 2018 Ford Transit 150 Passenger Van, and a 2019 Ford Transit Passenger Van. The vehicles will be sold as-is, and the purchaser will be responsible for removing the vehicles from the premises at their own expense. The sale will take place on May 6, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and potential purchasers are invited to inspect the vehicles from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the same day. • The vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder who meets the terms and conditions of the sale. • The purchaser must remove the vehicles from the premises by May 15, 2026, at their own expense. • The sale is final, and the purchaser will not be able to return the vehicles. • The Needham Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the school department.
