The Port Authority of Allegheny County is selling 28 de‑commissioned transit buses (New Flyer D60LFR and Gillig G27D102N4) as scrap, “as‑is, where‑is.” Bidders must submit individual price bids for each bus by the Dec 4 2026 deadline. The buyer must arrange removal of the vehicles from the Harmar Garage within fifteen days of award, providing a cashier’s check for the total purchase price within five days of notification.
