Description
The City of Waco is seeking a contractor to provide mowing, shredding, edging, weed eating, grass trimming, and blowing services for the FM 1637 right-of-way and acreage on Jonquil. The contract will be for one year with three optional renewals. The work includes mowing medians, roundabouts, and undeveloped areas, as well as edging sidewalks and weed eating. The contractor will be required to provide liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage.
• The contractor will be responsible for removing trash from mowing areas and taking extra care to observe manholes, street signs, and other obstacles.
• The contractor will be required to provide photos with identifiers of all mowed properties each time they are maintained.
• The contractor will be paid on a price-per-mow basis.
• The City of Waco reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the bidding process.
