Description
The City of Greenville, NC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grass‑cutting and lot‑maintenance services for city‑owned properties throughout 2027. The contract covers routine mowing, edging, weed control, debris removal, hedge trimming, mulching, and minor site repairs on approximately 50 lots in the West Greenville area. Service frequency is bi‑weekly from April 1 to October 30, with weekly mowing on specified high‑traffic lots and monthly maintenance during the off‑season. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, insurance, and certifications, and may not subcontract the work. Payments are made in twelve equal monthly installments after inspection. The contract runs Jan 1 2027 – Dec 30 2027, with an option to extend up to three additional years.
