The Department of the Navy is seeking information on modern, commercially available, cloud-based software solutions to enhance the Department's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, with a focus on modernizing the "Pre-PBIS" activities of the budget formulation phase. The solution should be able to integrate with various systems, including SAP S/4HANA, PBIS, War Data Platform (Databricks/Palantir Foundry), UiPath, and DAI. The Department is expecting roughly 10,000 total users. The solution should be able to support a multi-domain environment and have a roadmap to support a multi-domain environment. • The Department is looking for a solution that can automate budget exhibits and support executive decision support and department-wide reporting capabilities. • The solution should be able to integrate with various systems and have a roadmap to support a multi-domain environment. • The Department is expecting roughly 10,000 total users. • The solution should be able to support a phased rollout by command type. • The Department is open to hearing about adjacent functions and the capabilities of a proposed solution.
