The Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 5,000 “Miranda” identification cards on vinyl/plastic material. The cards are double‑sided, black‑ink printed, sized 2‑1/4″ × 3‑1/2″, with rounded corners, head‑to‑head printing, and shrink‑wrapped in packs of 50. Delivery must be traceable to the DHS/FLETC facility in Glynco, GA by September 18 2026, and the contractor must provide final native files and a press‑quality PDF.
