Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a software service that will provide a modern certificate management solution. The selected vendor will be required to provide a quote for the items specified on the attached Request for Quote Worksheet. The vendor must complete the attached Worksheet and provide unit price for each line item listed and shipping/inside delivery cost. The vendor is also required to fill out and sign the attached Bidder Declaration and Darfur Contracting Act Certification and submit them with the quote.
