Description

The US Army is seeking a resilient mount, specifically the T Series, which is designed to meet high requirements for insulation and comfort. The mount is suitable for various applications, including drive motor mounts, generator frame units, and diesel-electric drive units. The T Series has several versions, including the HA, HA-DS, CB, CB-DS, and ST versions, each with different dimensions and masses. The mounts have a built-in centralised limiter to protect the system in extreme situations and offer a high degree of safety with their versatile designs. The key benefits of the T Series include integrated centralised limiters, a selection of natural rubber compounds, and linear stiffness characteristics. • The T Series has a load range of 4.00 – 131.00 kN. • The mounts have a high factor of safety with respect to the nominal load. • The T Series has a linear stiffness characteristic in the nominal load range. • The mounts offer savings in time for installation with the help of pre-stressed bolts. • The T Series has type approval by leading classification companies.

Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate as the document does not provide a specific amount. However, based on the complexity and technical requirements of the resilient mounts, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the quantity of mounts required, the materials and manufacturing process used, and the level of testing and certification required.
