Description
The Clackamas Fire District is seeking bids for the Historic Preservation Window Replacement Project at Clackamas Fire Station #15, located at 624 7th Street, Oregon City, OR 97045. The project involves removing existing windows and installing new wood-clad windows, associated trim, and blinds. The project must be completed in accordance with historic preservation requirements, including compliance with the City of Oregon City Historic Review Board Policy #10 – Window Repair and Replacement.
• The project includes the installation of thirty (30) Ultimate Wood Clad Windows with specific features such as exterior Wineberry clad fiberglass, interior Clear fir, and Low-E2 glass with argon gas.
• The contractor must match existing interior and exterior trim profiles and finishes and provide a site safety, security, and cleanup plan prior to mobilization.
• The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and complying with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM (PT), and attendance is required for bidders.
• Bids must be submitted through the OregonBuys eProcurement System by May 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PT).
