The City of Minneapolis is seeking a qualified contractor to fully de‑construct the Roof Depot building on the Hiawatha Campus, supplying all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for a lump‑sum demolition of approximately 113,000 SF. The work must be completed under prevailing‑wage rules, retain existing foundations, and meet the city’s small‑business participation goals.
• Scope includes removal of roof, walls, interior finishes, and associated utilities while preserving the existing slab and foundation.
• Contractor must secure demolition permits, coordinate staging with the City, and provide a new perimeter fence after demolition.
