Description
The City of Mandeville is seeking sealed bids to rehabilitate and upgrade three municipal sewer lift stations (Stations 28‑G and 28‑H). The scope includes removal of existing pumps, mechanical and electrical components, installation of new pumps and related equipment, and associated site improvements. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, supervision, and necessary permits. Documents are available for inspection, and a non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference is scheduled. Bids are due November 25, 2026, with a 5 % bid bond required.
• Replace pumps, motors, controls, and electrical wiring in three lift stations
• Provide civil site work (concrete, piping, backfill) as needed
