Description
The City of Bainbridge is seeking competitive sealed bids for the design‑build construction of a sanitary sewer expansion serving the Spring Creek Charter Academy. The contract covers complete labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances required to install a new duplex submersible lift station (6‑ft diameter wet well), approximately 2,900 LF of 6‑in. PVC force main, 50 LF of 10‑in. PVC gravity main, rehabilitation of an existing lift station, directional drilling, manholes, electrical work, and pavement replacement. All work must be installed, tested, and operational by May 31 2027, with a construction schedule of 180 consecutive calendar days. Bids are to be submitted electronically via QuestCDN by November 10 2026; a bid bond (≥10 % of base bid) and performance/payment bonds (100 % of contract price) are required.
