Description
The Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts is seeking a contractor to provide a complete revaluation of all personal property in fiscal year 2027. The contractor will be responsible for identifying owners of personal property, collecting data, and providing a comprehensive appraisal report. The contractor must have experience with personal property appraisal software and must provide a price proposal for each year of the contract. The town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
• The contractor must have a staff of at least 10 full-time, non-clerical individuals dedicated to providing revaluation services.
• The contractor must have experience with personal property appraisal software.
• The contractor must provide a comprehensive work plan, including starting date, completion date, and staff assignments.
• The contractor must provide a price proposal for each year of the contract.
• The contractor must have experience with personal property revaluations in Massachusetts.
• The contractor must be able to provide expert witnesses to represent the town at all appeals.
