Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for maintenance and repair services for Alfa-Laval centrifuges. The bidder must complete the bid forms in Volume 2, the Excel Pricing Sheet and Questionnaire in Volume 3, and upload a completed Bid Bond found in Volume 2. The bidder must also respond to the evaluation criteria questions. The City recommends that bidders download all file attachments, read them thoroughly, and complete any required documents before submitting an online bid.
• The bidder must submit their bid through the VSS system.
• The bidder must upload all required documents, including the bid forms, pricing sheet, and bid bond.
• The City is not entertaining discounts for early payment of invoices.
• The bidder can edit or withdraw their solicitation response at any time prior to the bid closing.
