ITB No. 26-2960-5JL - Lakeside Avenue Bridge Replacement

This opportunity solicits bids for the replacement of the Lakeside Avenue Bridge in Henrico County, Virginia. The scope includes demolition of the existing bridge, construction of a new steel‑girder bridge wide enough for two 12‑ft lanes with 8‑ft shoulders, and related civil works such as roadway approach modifications, drainage improvements, utility relocations, maintenance of traffic (MOT) planning, and acquisition of rights‑of‑way/easements. The project extends from 0.529 miles east of Hilliard Road to 0.210 miles west of Brook Road (Route 1).
