Description
The City of Sun Prairie is soliciting proposals from qualified developers for the creation of new affordable owner-occupied homes. The selected developer will be required to read and follow the instructions contained in the RFP document. The proposal should include all required documentation, such as a completed application, budget workbook, and insurance and indemnification information. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted.
