Sewer Repair and Valve Installation

The Village of Wilmette is seeking bids for a Sewer Repair and Valve Installation program. The proposed work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform sewer point repairs, inlet and catch basin replacements, water valve replacements, and water valve installations at various locations in the Village. • The bid bond must be in the form provided in the RFB documents, equal to ten percent of the total amount of the bid. • Bidders must submit written acknowledgment of each addendum issued with their submitted bid. • Questions must be submitted in writing to Cliff Ruemmler, Purchasing Manager, at [email protected]. • The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 pm local time on 06/29/2026. • No clarifications, interpretations, or addenda shall be issued after 2:00 pm local time on 06/30/2026.
