Harmony Manual Breast Pumps

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is seeking a vendor to supply manual breast pumps for distribution to WIC participants. The breast pumps should be the Harmony Manual Breast Pump, which requires no batteries or electricity and is designed to extract, collect, and store breast milk. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the most favorable bid price. The expected delivery date is June 15, 2026. The contract may be terminated for cause if the contractor fails to meet confirmed delivery dates without prior approval. • The contract is for a single award and the award does not ensure that the contractor will receive all or any state business under the contract. • The contractor shall provide weekly written status updates and proactive notification of issues that may impact performance. • The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract. • The contract contains federal funds and the contractor shall comply with all applicable federal requirements. • The contractor shall provide a complete list of all subcontractors that will work on the contract if the bidder receives an award. • The bidder shall submit a bid package that includes all required attachments and documents, including a bid/proposal affidavit, price form, and federal funds attachment.
