Description
The US Army Operational Evaluation Command is seeking a contractor to provide Base Test Support Services (BTSS) follow-on support. The contractor will be required to provide management, administration, supervision, logistics, vehicle and equipment maintenance, motor pool functions, and supply warehouse functions to support operational field test events. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) pricing arrangement. The contract has a minimum value of $10,000 and a maximum value of $77,000,000. The period of performance is from 01 Oct 2026 to 31 Aug 2031.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing operational and customer testing, data collection, and logistical support for other Department of War (DoW) activities and other OEC organizations
• Performing management, administration, supervision, logistics, vehicle and equipment maintenance, motor pool functions, and supply warehouse functions
• Supporting operational field test events
• Providing services on an intermittent assignment basis
• Working with the OEC mission to support operational field test events
