Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for fencing repair, maintenance, and installation for Austin State Supported Living Center (AuSSLC) on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that meets all requirements, possesses the required experience and qualifications, and has the capacity to provide the services described in the IFB. The scope of work includes fencing repair, maintenance, and installation, and the contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to perform the work. The contract term will be upon award, and the estimated historical spend for the same or similar services is $60,000.00 for the period 12/27/2024 to 08/31/2025.
• The IFB includes several exhibits, including HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Contract Affirmations and HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions, Pricing Sheet, Bidder Reference and Contractor Qualifications Form, and HUB Subcontracting Plan.
• The bidder must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation.
• The bidder must also submit a completed and signed HUB Subcontracting Plan, if applicable.
• The contract will be subject to appropriations, the availability of funds, and termination.
