Description
The opportunity involves mold and asbestos remediation in Room 111, F713, at Vance Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The project requires the removal of asbestos, mold, and mildew, as well as the demolition of interior fixtures and finishes. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. The project duration is 75 calendar days, with 45 days for mobilization and material lead time, and 30 days for performance. The contractor must submit a completed bid form, along with all required documentation, by January 05, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

• Asbestos abatement and disposal in accordance with the Oklahoma Asbestos Control Act
• Demolition of interior fixtures and finishes, including drop ceiling tiles, doors, drywall, and flooring
