The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is seeking a qualified, HUBZone‑certified small business to provide complete mold‑remediation services at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (Fire Office) in Titusville, FL. The effort includes containment, removal of mold‑contaminated building materials, HVAC system cleaning, temporary humidity control, antimicrobial treatment, and thorough documentation, ending with an independent post‑remediation verification. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ, with a performance period ending 30 Sep 2027.
• Remove and dispose of all mold‑contaminated drywall, insulation, and structural wood in specified office walls and attic areas.
• Perform full HVAC containment, flex‑duct removal, interior cleaning of air‑handler components, and replacement of contaminated insulation.
• Provide temporary dehumidification, HEPA‑filtered negative‑air containment, daily reporting, waste manifests, and final PRV clearance documentation.
