DNA Testing RFP �?? PPB Detectives Division

The City of Portland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide DNA testing and analysis services for the Portland Police Bureau's (PPB) Detectives Division. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing technical investigative DNA work, including DNA extraction, amplification, sequencing, and analysis. The vendor will also provide forensic genetic genealogy services, including the construction of family trees and the identification of distant relatives. The contract is expected to be for a period of time to complete the DNA testing and analysis services.
