The United States Navy is seeking a quotation for the procurement of an ANALOQUE RECEIVER C. The receiver must meet the requirements specified in the contract, including MIL-STD packaging and government source inspection. The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items and adhere to the IUID requirements of DFARS 252.211-7003. The government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible, and technically acceptable offeror whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, with past performance being more important than price. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote. • The contractor must adhere to the configuration management provisions of the contract. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. • The contractor must adhere to the IUID requirements of DFARS 252.211-7003. • The government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification. • The contractor must maintain the total equipment baseline configuration of the parts on this contract, including hardware, software, and firmware.
