The Escambia County Facilities Management is seeking quotes for the preparation and installation of epoxy flooring in 4 bathrooms and 2 showers at the Equestrian Center. The project involves surface preparation and application of a high-performance epoxy flooring system. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project details include cleaning and degreasing the existing concrete surface, mechanically grinding or shot-blasting the floor, repairing cracks and surface imperfections, and applying a primer coat of epoxy resin. The project also includes applying one or more coats of 100% solids epoxy paint and a non-slip additive or topcoat.
