Description
Texas State Technical College (TSTC) seeks a turnkey vendor to replace aging automotive lifts at its Waco campus. The work is divided into three consecutive phases: (1) de‑install 12 two‑post and 3 in‑ground lifts, patch concrete, and dispose of equipment; (2) supply and install 13 new Challenger VLE10 two‑post lifts, connect utilities, test, and provide training; (3) relocate one 4‑post and one 2‑post lift to new bays, including utility connections and concrete repairs. All labor, materials, shipping, disposal, and warranties must be included. Proposals must detail itemized pricing, project approach, lead time, and a schedule that preferably fits the winter break window (Dec 21 – Jan 10). Evaluation will weight pricing (50 %), approach (30 %) and schedule (20 %).
• Scope covers de‑installation, installation of new lifts, and relocation of existing lifts.
• Supplier must provide full turnkey service: equipment, labor, tools, consumables, freight, disposal, testing, and operator training.
