Description
The Texas A&M Forest Service is seeking bids for leasing nine storage units of varying sizes. The selected vendor must provide 24-hour recorded video security cameras, 7-day a week access, computerized access security gates, on-site manager, and external security lighting. The rental period will be for a minimum of 12 months with an option to renew for an additional 12 months for up to five years.
• The storage facility must be within a 10-mile radius of the Texas A&M Forest Service headquarters building.
• The vendor must review and agree to Attachment A: Rental Addendum for Vendor Lease Agreements.
• Brokers or third-party agent bids will not be accepted.
• Line item bidding is allowed.
