Description
The State of Alaska’s Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive wetland delineation of an approximately 11‑acre area at the Bethel Readiness Center and Army Aviation Operating Facility. The contractor must conduct field surveys, collect GIS data, photographs, soil profiles, and produce a full set of deliverables including a final wetland delineation report (PDF and Word), field report, data forms, georeferenced imagery, GIS datasets, maps, jurisdictional determination recommendations, and all supporting documentation organized in a logical electronic file structure. The work supports compliance with federal and state wetland regulations and informs future land‑use planning for the military installation.
• Scope: 11‑acre wetland survey, field data collection, GIS mapping, regulatory jurisdiction analysis.
