WQIF Constructed Wetlands BMP

The City of Waynesboro is soliciting bids to construct a new constructed wetland and to retrofit existing Best Management Practices (BMPs) with extended detention at Ridgeview Park. This project involves civil‑construction activities such as earthwork, liner installation, planting, and integration of water‑management features to improve storm‑water treatment and habitat creation. The contractor will be responsible for the full scope of construction, from design‑review coordination through final inspection and project close‑out. • Construct a new wetland BMP including excavation, liner placement, and vegetation planting. • Retrofit existing BMPs with extended detention structures to enhance storm‑water performance. • Perform all site preparation, grading, erosion control, and compliance documentation required by the City.
