North Hoskins Rd 601 Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The City of Charlotte is seeking a contractor to replace and upgrade storm‑water infrastructure along North Hoskins Road. The scope includes removal of existing 72‑inch concrete pipe, installation of new reinforced concrete pipe and steel pipe, construction of non‑standard headwalls, addition of ductile cast‑in‑place concrete boxes, replacement of sewer lines and manholes, and associated asphalt work. The project is valued between $1 M and $5 M and will be awarded to the vendor that meets insurance, bonding, and performance requirements. • Replace 105 LF of existing 72‑in CMP with 11 in × 8 in RCBC pipe. • Install 120 LF of 54‑in RCP, remove 21 LF of 36‑in RCP, and add new headwalls and ductile concrete structures. • Replace approximately 253 LF of 12‑in sewer and 120 LF of 8‑in sewer, plus four sewer manholes; perform asphalt resurfacing.
