Description
The Clayton Village Water Association is seeking bids for the construction of a 2024 SRF Water System Improvements project, which includes the construction of an elevated storage tank and foundation, site work, yard piping, and miscellaneous appurtenant items. The project is funded in whole or in part by the Safe Drinking Water Act's State Revolving Loan Funds. The bid documents can be examined at various locations, and a pre-bid conference is scheduled for December 2, 2025. The bids will be accepted only under the name of the bidder to whom contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing.
• The project includes the construction of a 500,000-gallon elevated storage tank and foundation.
• The project includes site work required for tank foundation and miscellaneous appurtenant items, yard piping, and 25 tons of stone riprap.
