Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation Division 4 is seeking qualified contractors to perform milling and resurfacing of pavement on U.S. Route 117 and eight additional secondary road sections. Bids must be submitted electronically via the AASHTOWare Project Bids (Bid Express®) system by the deadline. Only pre‑qualified firms (prime or sub‑contractors) may participate, and all bidders are responsible for reviewing any addenda posted prior to submission. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with state procurement rules.
